Your Impact
As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality containment and electrical components that power our end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Open interviews will be held on Thursday, December 4th and Friday, December 5th. Attendees will meet some of our managers and leaders and receive a tour of the facility prior to their one-on-one interview.
Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications above will receive an invite via email to sign up for their desired 1-hr time slot.
Shifts
We have openings for the following shifts. On your application, you will be able to select which shift(s) you can work. There is a $2/hr. shift differential for non-traditional hours.

As an Assembler, you’ll build high-quality containment and electrical components that power our end product. Your hands-on skill, precision, and commitment to safety ensure our products are built correctly, efficiently, and reliably—directly supporting operational excellence and company growth.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assemble plastic panels, aluminum frames, and electrical components using hand tools, small cordless tools, and basic machinery to meet quality and cost standards.
- Perform detailed quality checks on parts, subassemblies, and completed products, ensuring alignment with specifications and production timelines.
- Collaborate closely with your team while following job-tracking procedures, standard work instructions, and all safety guidelines.
- Support production flow through general warehouse tasks, inventory movement, material handling, cleaning, and small machine operation as needed.
- Expand your technical knowledge by learning materials, components, and terminology—while participating in Lean/Continuous Improvement efforts.
- Carry out additional duties assigned by your manager, including obtaining forklift certification if required.
- Minimum 2-years experience in a high-speed or manufacturing environment, preferably in an assembly role.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- This role requires reading, writing, and understanding work instructions, safety info, and training materials in English.
- Ability to pull, push, cut, assemble, lift, and move materials weighing 25–50 lbs.
- Experience using hand tools, small power tools, and basic machinery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions thoroughly and consistently.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to safe work practices and continuous improvement.
