As Senior Facilities Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring Accelevation’s sites are safe, efficient, compliant, and ready to scale with our continued growth. You’ll manage day-to-day facility operations, vendor relationships, and capital projects while driving continuous improvement in safety, cost, and reliability. Your work will directly influence how our people work and how our business runs, from infrastructure and maintenance to space planning and sustainability. This is an onsite role based out of our Miamisburg headquarters, with travel to other Accelevation facilities as needed.

- Overseeing daily facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and compliance across all Accelevation sites.
- Managing vendor relationships and service contracts for janitorial, HVAC, landscaping, and security.
- Leading preventive maintenance and safety programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability.
- Using and maintaining a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to schedule, track, and document maintenance activities — examples include ServiceNow, Fiix, UpKeep, or eMaint.
- Planning and executing capital projects, renovations, and site expansions.
- Coordinating space planning, layout, and utilization to support business growth and efficiency.
- Ensuring fire, environmental, and security systems meet all codes and safety standards.
- Developing and managing annual facility budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitoring facility KPIs and reporting performance metrics to leadership.
- Implementing sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve energy efficiency.
- Supporting business continuity planning and emergency response readiness.
- 6 years of experience in facilities management, operations, or construction project oversight.
- Proven success managing multi-site operations or leading new facility launches.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security).
- Experience with CMMS platforms such as ServiceNow, Fiix, UpKeep, or eMaint (or similar).
- Experience negotiating and managing vendor and service contracts.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to other Accelevation facilities as needed.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred.
