Responsibilities- Execute complex residential HVAC system replacements and upgrades with a focus on long-term system efficiency.
- Perform expert-level pipe fitting, including copper and PVC, alongside high and low voltage electrical wiring.
- Mentor junior installation staff to elevate team technical proficiency and project completion speed.
- Drive customer satisfaction by clearly explaining system functionality and addressing homeowner inquiries.
- Manage job site inventory, vehicle organization, and tool maintenance to maximize daily operational readiness.
- Navigate challenging environments, including attics and crawlspaces, to ensure seamless equipment integration.
- Uphold rigorous safety and industry standards, ensuring every installation meets or exceeds regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
