Production Floor Supervisor

As a Production Floor Supervisor, you will drive operational excellence by guiding team members to meet rigorous production targets and quality standards. You will serve as a key mentor on the floor, leveraging your expertise in process optimization and equipment maintenance to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.

• Direct daily production activities, providing clear guidance to associates to maximize output and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate comprehensive training programs to elevate team skill sets and ensure consistent product quality.
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives and KTA projects to foster professional growth and process refinement.
• Execute preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs to minimize downtime and maintain high performance.
• Oversee precise inventory management and documentation to ensure accurate reporting and supply chain integrity.
• Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility through active leadership and 5S workplace organization.
• Perform quality inspections to verify that all output aligns with established specifications and customer expectations.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage production personnel.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and minor mechanical maintenance.
