Your Compensation and Perks:

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage the full press setup process, including makeready, color management, registration, ink and water balance, web tension, and folder configuration.
• Maximize operational efficiency to help the team maintain high-quality print standards while reducing material waste and production delays.
• Provide guidance and training to press crew members to foster a safe and highly productive work environment.
• Oversee production workflows, ensuring that quality benchmarks, safety protocols, and shift transitions are handled effectively.
• Resolve technical challenges related to web handling, drying, and folding to ensure smooth production cycles.
• Verify all job specifications, paper stock, and production requirements against job tickets before and during operations.
• Keep precise logs and documentation regarding all production activities.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and flag any mechanical issues that necessitate professional repair.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven background working with web offset presses is essential.
• Demonstrated history of leading production teams on commercial web offset equipment.
• Capability to execute job setups and achieve precise color and registration with minimal orientation.
• Previous experience with various makes or models of web offset presses is acceptable; specific equipment familiarity is not mandatory.
• Ability to mentor and lead a team to help maintain consistent safety, quality, and output standards.
• Deep technical knowledge of commercial web offset printing, specifically regarding registration, ink/water ratios, tension, drying, and folding.
