• Direct and coordinate field crews across diverse residential and commercial restoration sites to ensure project efficiency.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the scope of work and necessary mitigation strategies.
• Drive project success by monitoring moisture levels, drying equipment performance, and overall progress against industry standards.
• Cultivate a high-performing team by providing hands-on training and technical mentorship to restoration technicians.
