Quality Assurance Lead

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will serve as the primary authority for our Quality Management System, driving organizational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will leverage your technical expertise to oversee cross-functional quality initiatives, ensuring that our production and engineering outputs consistently exceed industry benchmarks.

• Direct the implementation and maintenance of comprehensive Quality Management Systems to ensure adherence to global industry standards.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing quality control data to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Act as the lead Management Representative, coordinating quality protocols across production, engineering, and sales departments.
• Execute rigorous mechanical testing and quality inspections to validate product integrity against technical blueprints.
• Oversee workplace safety and EHS management programs to foster a secure and compliant operational environment.
• Utilize advanced quality control software to track metrics, generate performance reports, and drive data-backed decision-making.

Required Skills

• Proven track record of 5 years in quality management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Deep working knowledge of API, ISO, and ASME quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex blueprints and perform precise measurements.
• Demonstrated success in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience specifically within the valve or precision component manufacturing industry.
• Advanced proficiency in statistical data analysis and quality auditing techniques.
