About the Role
As a Commercial Press Operator, you will drive high-quality production by managing complex printing projects on large-format equipment. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring every printed piece meets rigorous industry standards for our clients.
Responsibilities- Configure and manage 40” sheetfed lithographic presses to deliver premium catalogs, marketing collateral, and large-scale print media.
- Optimize print output by precisely calibrating ink and water balance throughout the production run.
- Drive equipment reliability by performing proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting of mechanical systems.
- Ensure consistent quality control by monitoring press performance and verifying adherence to client specifications.
- Maximize throughput by collaborating with production teams to streamline workflows and hit critical delivery deadlines.
- Maintain a high-performance environment by upholding safety protocols and keeping the production floor organized.
- Record accurate production metrics to support continuous improvement and operational transparency.
Required Skills
- 3 years of professional experience operating sheetfed or web printing presses.
- Comprehensive understanding of lithographic printing processes and press mechanics.
