Responsibilities- Ensure all team members adhere to established operational procedures and quality standards.
- Manage daily personnel schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
- Accurately record and submit payroll and daily reports using electronic validation systems.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, addressing performance issues with appropriate corrective action.
- Oversee training programs for quality inspectors and team leaders, ensuring all personnel are properly trained and updated on procedures.
- Identify and address inconsistencies in quality performance, collaborating with management to implement improvements.
- Support the implementation of new company policies and procedures in coordination with the human resources department.
- Cultivate a culture of accountability, teamwork, and positive employee engagement.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in an automotive quality environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Solid background in automotive quality inspection.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs repetitively.
