Responsibilities- Diagnose and repair equipment used in cleaning, restoration, and surface preparation.
- Maintain shop equipment and tools, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.
- Schedule service appointments and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and estimates.
- Order parts and coordinate with vendors to minimize downtime.
- Evaluate equipment and communicate additional service needs.
- Create service orders and maintain accurate records of all work performed.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in equipment diagnostics and repair.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Basic set of mechanic's tools.
Preferred Skills
- Two or more years of experience in equipment repair (e.g., commercial cleaning, small engine, pressure washer, vehicle).
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
