Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and adherence to established service standards.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to accurately track work orders, labor hours, and component usage.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce asset turnaround time and enhance overall maintenance efficiency.
- Conduct thorough failure investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions that prevent future equipment issues.
- Support cost-reduction projects by managing the planned repair and strategic reuse of mechanical components.
- Maintain rigorous documentation standards to ensure full compliance with internal asset management and competency systems.
