We are seeking a skilled CAD professional to produce detailed technical drawings and 3D models for mechanical systems. In this role, you will collaborate with engineers and project managers to transform design concepts into precise, buildable plans, ensuring projects meet all specifications and requirements. Your expertise in CAD software and mechanical design will be crucial in supporting our projects.
Responsibilities- Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings of piping, ductwork, and structural steel using CAD software.
- Collaborate with project teams to refine designs and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and project specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.
- Translate engineering concepts and sketches into accurate and detailed technical drawings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience creating technical drawings for piping, ductwork, or structural steel using CAD software.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or AviCAD).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with 3D modeling and visualization.
- Knowledge of Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
