- Execute mechanical tasks including bolting, precise alignment, system adjustments, and field diagnostics
- Operate a variety of equipment including power tools, rigging gear, telehandlers, and skid steers
- Support the team by performing necessary welding, metal cutting, and on-site structural modifications
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all height-safety protocols
- Ensure the job site remains orderly, clean, and hazard-free at all times
- Commit to regional travel up to 60% of the time and provide extra support during peak operational periods
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional background in millwrighting, agricultural construction, or industrial equipment installation
- Direct experience with material handling systems, grain bins, or drying equipment is highly advantageous
- Demonstrated mechanical proficiency and the ability to resolve equipment malfunctions on-site
- Proven capability to accurately translate blueprints into finished installations
- Practical knowledge of structural steel, rigging, fabrication, or welding techniques
- Possession of a valid CDL or a strong commitment to obtaining one
- Ability to thrive while working outdoors across varying seasonal weather patterns
- Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by performing physically demanding tasks at elevation
- Physical capacity to handle loads exceeding 50 pounds and operate safely near heavy machinery
