About The Role
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for coordinating patient care activities, developing and implementing patient care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work every other weekend, providing 12-hour shifts, and participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with latest clinical practices
- Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records
- RN Supervisor (Every other Weekend) 7a-7pm
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- Ability to work every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts
