Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone, email, and Zoom communication
- Follow up with vendors to ensure all required paperwork and documentation is received on time
- Perform website audits on work orders to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to keep jobs moving efficiently
- Provide timely updates and clear communication to customers and team members
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain high service standards
