We are a growing pre-owned dealership in New Jersey with a 60-car indoor showroom and over 20 years in business. As we continue to expand, we are looking to build a strong, motivated team across multiple departments, including Sales, BDC, DMV, Mechanics, and Detail.

Responsibilities
- Generate and manage your own sales opportunities
- Advertise and promote inventory through social media and online platforms
- Respond to inbound leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Track leads and manage sales activity using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive work environment
