📧 WE’RE HIRING — DATA ENTRY / EMAIL SUPPORT SPECIALIST 📧
We are looking for someone who is EXTREMELY organized, detail oriented, and fast on a computer.
This is a STRICTLY email and data entry based role. You will be handling high email volume daily while accurately entering information into both our internal systems and customer portals.
This is an in-person office position.
Responsibilities Include:
• Responding to 400 emails per day
• Accurate and detailed data entry into internal systems
• Updating customer portals with notes, statuses, and documentation
• Reviewing and processing incoming information quickly and correctly
• Keeping work orders and customer accounts updated in real time
• Organizing and managing a high volume workload efficiently
• Ensuring all information entered is accurate and professional
What We’re Looking For:
• FAST typing skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask
• Extremely detail oriented
• Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Someone who can work independently and stay on task
• Must be reliable, organized, and efficient under pressure
This is NOT a slow-paced position. We need someone who can keep up with volume while maintaining accuracy and professionalism throughout the day.
