HR Manager (Part-Time | Flexible Hours)
Location: Green Bay, WI (Onsite)
Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Pay Range: $27–$30 per hour

A reputable client in the Green Bay area is seeking an experienced HR Manager to provide hands-on support across core human resources functions. Key Responsibilities
Maintain employee personnel files and ensure documentation is accurate and compliant
Administer employee benefits, including health, life, supplemental insurance, EAP, vision reimbursement, and 401(k) enrollment
Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll
Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, applicant tracking, interviews, reference checks, offer letters, and onboarding
Conduct new hire orientation and ensure onboarding paperwork is completed within required timelines
Maintain and update the employee handbook and job descriptions
Manage employee recognition programs and support employee relations matters
Partner with supervisors and managers to ensure proper documentation of employee issues
Prepare exit paperwork and conduct exit interviews
Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices
Other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of four years of HR experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and payroll
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion
PHR certification preferred but not required
Work Environment
Office-based position in a professional, temperature-controlled setting
Light physical activity may be required (up to 20 lbs)
Occasional travel or special events may be required
