Responsibilities
- Execute hospitality events and support team members on large event initiatives
- Compile targeted invitation lists for each event in collaboration with stakeholders and the e-marketing team
- Create event communications and collateral aligned with firm branding
- Manage event budgets, including vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization
- Monitor event best practices, market developments, and industry trends
- Safeguard highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in event management
- Professional services industry required
- Superior organizational skills to manage multiple events at once
- Professional interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
- Experience using event management and CRM systems
