Our client is a leading global music publisher. They seek a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis, to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Construct and update financial models for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting purposes, including detailed revenue models and fully integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow models
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecast submissions
- Support the month-end closing process in coordination with the accounting team
- Examine current and historical trends across revenue, cost of sales, overhead expenses, and investments
- Develop strategic and financial materials for submission to the corporate parent
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather insights for forecasting and strategic planning
- Design and present business review materials to the CEO & CFO
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards used across multiple teams within the company
Requirements
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Public accounting audit or advisory experience preferred
- Open to industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
- Strong Excel skills
- CPA highly preferred
