Our client is a hedge fund. They seek a Junior Analyst, Investor Services to join their Norwalk, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, content distribution, website updates, and investor communications
- Maintain accurate CRM records, contact lists, and industry database updates
- Produce and distribute monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc investor reports
- Track and analyze engagement metrics, website traffic, and client interaction data to improve campaigns
- Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, events, and roadshows
- Collaborate with investment, compliance, and operations teams to ensure accuracy in client-facing materials
- Contribute to content creation, including presentations, factsheets, videos, and thought leadership
- Serve as a point of contact for investor inquiries and provide responsive client support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 years of client service or investor relations experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with digital content platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Skilled in Canva, Adobe, and WordPress preferred
- Excel and data manipulation skills
- Series 3 will be required after joining
