Our client is an asset management firm. They seek an HR Coordinator to join their Rowayton, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate high-volume interviews across multiple business areas and seniority levels, including executive and investment roles
- Manage complex scheduling across calendars, time zones, and interview panels while balancing competing priorities
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, executive assistants, and external search firms to support efficient hiring processes
- Support candidates throughout the interview process by providing timely communication and a high-quality experience
- Prepare interview schedules, materials, meeting spaces, video conferencing, travel, and other candidate logistics
- Maintain accurate ATS records, monitor candidate pipelines, and ensure timely movement through recruiting stages
- Facilitate offer approvals, background checks, employment documentation, and pre-employment onboarding activities
- Assist with campus recruiting, networking events, career fairs, and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Improve recruiting workflows and scheduling processes by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and enhance candidate experience
- Provide HR support through onboarding, employee documentation, confidential recordkeeping, engagement initiatives, and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-5 years of HR or Talent Acquisition Coordination experience
- Financial services, investment management, hedge fund, or PE industry experience
- Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting multiple recruiters and hiring managers
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similar HRIS platforms)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
