Schedule & Clinical Duties
- Part-time; six-hour facility shifts
- Daily rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- Average 15–20 patient visits per day
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, develop and implement treatment plans
- Coordinate care with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- No on-call or overnight shifts

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board certification (or eligible): NPs — ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN; PAs — NCCPA
- Clinical background in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-care skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
