Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans and provide preventive care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient services
- Utilize virtual care and modern technology to improve access and continuity
- Educate patients on preventive health, chronic disease management, and wellness
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $135,000–$290,000

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting
- Active, unrestricted DEA license that must be maintained throughout employment
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- BLS must be obtained through an approved in-person or blended course; CPR, ACLS, and online-only certifications are not accepted
