Clinical duties
- Outpatient primary care for adults and children as appropriate to scope
- Preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and care coordination
- Collaborative work with nursing and ancillary staff; participation in quality initiatives
Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Prior family medicine outpatient experience preferred
