- Compensation: $239,000–$253,000 plus benefits
- Sign-on bonus

- CME: 1 additional week off for CME with a $4,000 stipend

Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Completed ACGME-accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain one)
- Current DEA registration for prescribing controlled substances
- Prior family medicine experience preferred but not required
