Join a growing outpatient gastroenterology team in beautiful rural Wyoming. We’re looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants a flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a chance to work with an experienced GI group. No prior gastroenterology experience is required—strong primary care or internal medicine backgrounds are welcome and training will be provided.
What the role looks like
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
- Patient population: Adults
- Patient volume: About 12–16 patients per day
- Weekly layout: 2 days in Sheridan, 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo, and 1 remote administrative day
- Travel between clinic sites is required; travel expenses are covered
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage adults with acute and chronic GI conditions
- Perform new patient consults and follow-up visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
- Create treatment plans and provide patient education
- Work closely with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
Compensation and benefits
- Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually
- 45% production bonus

Who we’re looking for
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Board certified NP or PA
- Eligible for or currently hold a Wyoming license
- Background in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn GI—on-the-job training provided
