What the role looks like
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Patient population: Adults (18 )
- Typical patient load: ~12–16 patients per day
- Hospital rounding: None
- Outreach: Occasional travel to outreach clinics as needed (100% travel reimbursement)
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal conditions in adults
- Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits; create individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab studies
- Educate patients about disease management, medications, and preventive care
- Collaborate closely with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care
- Provide care at outreach clinic locations when required
Compensation & benefits
- Target annual compensation: $170,000–$200,000 (Base salary $110,000–$120,000 plus a 45% production bonus)

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Board certified as an NP or PA
- Active Wyoming NP or PA license, or eligibility for licensure
