Position details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time
- Setting: Outpatient gastroenterology
- Patient population: Adults
- Patient volume: ~12–16 patients per day
- Weekly schedule: 2 days in Sheridan, 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo, 1 remote administrative day
- Travel: Expenses between clinic sites fully covered
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage adults with acute and chronic GI conditions
- Perform new patient consultations and routine follow-ups
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Develop treatment plans and provide clear patient education
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to ensure patient-centered care
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually
- 45% production bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
- Board certified NP or PA
- Eligible for or holding an active Wyoming license
