Join a growing outpatient gastroenterology practice in rural Wyoming as a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Flexible schedule, competitive pay, and a multidisciplinary gastroenterology team. No prior GI experience required; primary care/internal medicine background preferred.
Schedule and Setting
- Monday–Friday, full-time
- Outpatient gastroenterology clinics treating adults
- Typical volume: 12–16 patients/day
- Weekly schedule:
- 2 days in Sheridan
- 2 days in Gillette/Buffalo
- 1 remote administrative day
- Travel between clinic locations covered
Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage adult patients with acute and chronic GI conditions
- Perform new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
- Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
- Collaborate with gastroenterologists and clinical staff to ensure patient-centered care
- Maintain timely, accurate EMR documentation
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: $115,000–$125,000 annually
- 45% production bonus

Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited NP or PA program
- Board certified NP or PA
- Eligible for or holding Wyoming license

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
