Practice type: Outpatient primary care (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
Schedule
- Three weekdays per week (Mon–Fri window: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM)
- One weekend every other week (Sat or Sun): 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adults
- Perform routine exams (including Pap smears), manage acute and chronic conditions
- Evaluate and treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting
- Counsel patients on prevention and wellness
- Collaborate with clinical team to support quality outcomes
- Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
- Manage approximately 2.0–2.2 patients per hour, including walk-ins
- Maintain professional patient and team interactions
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive

Requirements
- MD or DO from accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and clinical judgment
