Family Medicine Physician — Outpatient Practice, Tyrone GA (Flexible Schedule, No Call)

We’re looking for a committed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our busy outpatient team in Tyrone, Georgia. You’ll work in a supportive, team-based setting where patient care comes first, with a flexible schedule that includes extended weekday hours, limited weekend coverage, and no on-call responsibilities.

Schedule

• Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday): 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• One weekend shift every other week: Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• No on-call requirements

What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for adult patients
• Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage both acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive counseling and wellness education
• Treat urgent care needs within the primary care setting and see walk-ins
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve quality outcomes
• Review labs and complete accurate EMR documentation within 72 hours
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in all interactions
• Expect an average patient volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour

Compensation and benefits

• Salary range: $230,000–$280,000 plus a 20–30% incentive plan

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine as noted)
• Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license—or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to patient-centered care
