Join a supportive outpatient team in Alpharetta, Georgia, where you can practice patient-centered family or internal medicine with a flexible schedule and no on-call duties. We’re looking for a provider who values high-quality, comprehensive care and enjoys working collaboratively with a clinical team.
Schedule
- Three weekdays per week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
- One weekend every other week, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
- No on-call responsibilities
What you’ll do
- Deliver evidence-based primary care to an adult patient panel
- Perform routine exams (including Pap smears) and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Counsel patients on preventive care and wellness
- Address urgent care needs within the primary care setting and see walk-ins
- Collaborate with the care team to support quality outcomes
- Review labs and complete EMR documentation within 72 hours
- Maintain a patient volume of about 2–2.2 patients per hour
- Uphold professionalism in all patient and team interactions
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $230,000–$280,000 plus 20–30% incentive potential

Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (or Internal Medicine)
- Valid, unrestricted Georgia medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
