We are seeking a Sales Coordinator/Admin to join our growing team. You will assist with planning, organizing, and executing projects efficiently. Your ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and maintain meticulous project documentation will be the key to your success. Qualified candidates will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, drive to win, team mentality, good problem-solving skills, and be honest and dependable.
Responsibilities
Managing multi day projects to ensure smooth installs
Organize and plan project tasks and schedules with the direction of the project manager. Complete startup sheets for new projects.
Read and review plans and specifications for upcoming projects.
Assist with estimates and building quotes
Booking installation jobs and coordinating site visits
Communication and follow ups with clients
Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
Track and report on project performance, analyzing the successful completion of both short-term and long-term goals.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate with employees, management, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to deadlines.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel.) Previous work experience within the construction industry is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Previous construction experience a plus
Compensation And Benefits
In an office position, in Buford, GA
Competitive rate $45,000 - $55,000 commensurate with experience.
Full-time, W-2 Employment.
