As our Customer Service Representative, you'll handle inbound calls and digital leads, respond quickly, answer questions (including basic pricing guidance), and book appointments for our service and installation teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
- Respond to new leads (phone, email, and/or text) and follow up to convert inquiries into booked appointments
- Gather customer details, assess needs, and route requests appropriately
- Provide clear information about services and share general pricing guidance when appropriate
- Schedule appointments accurately and confirm key details so technicians arrive prepared
- Update customer notes and job information in our system to keep communication tight
- Handle basic customer questions and concerns with empathy, confidence, and urgency
- Support the team with light administrative tasks that keep the day running smoothly
- 1 or more years of experience in customer service, call center, scheduling/dispatch, or inside sales (home services is a plus)
- Strong phone presence: warm, professional, and persuasive without being pushy
- Comfortable discussing service options and basic pricing information
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail (you don't drop the ball)
- Tech-friendly: able to learn scheduling/CRM tools and navigate multiple systems
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
- Bonus points for experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, windows/doors, garage doors, or similar industries
- Full-time, W-2 Employment.
- Salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 remote (after training).
