Work Day: Monday – Friday
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Research Assistant to support our team with internal documentation, project logistics, and report preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong formatting skills, experience managing collaborative workspaces, and the ability to track deadlines and action items efficiently. This role is perfect for someone with a background in business administration, communications, or a related field who thrives in a structured, project-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal documentation and project logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Format reports, presentations, and other deliverables to meet professional standards.
Assist in assembling and finalizing project deliverables for submission.
Track action items, meeting notes, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain and organize collaborative workspaces (e.g., SharePoint, Google Drive, or other platforms).
Manage technical documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Must have an Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Must have 2–3 years of experience supporting public-sector or consulting projects.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in document formatting (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools).
Experience managing shared workspaces and technical documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
