Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical UnitProvide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. As a Registered Nurse, you'll perform comprehensive patient assessments, deliver individualized care, and collaborate closely with healthcare providers to support positive patient outcomes.What You’ll Do:Conduct thorough patient assessments including history, vitals, labs, and diagnostic resultsDevelop and implement personalized care plans in partnership with providersAdminister and monitor medications and treatmentsAccurately document all care activities in EPIC EMRCommunicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and the care teamIdentify changes in patient condition and escalate concerns in a timely mannerFollow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control guidelinesWork every other weekend and holidays as scheduledMaintain professional appearance wearing required navy-blue scrubsWhat You Bring:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)Active RN license in New HampshireMinimum of 3 years nursing experienceCurrent BLS and ACLS certificationsNIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) knowledge recommendedStrong medical terminology proficiencyExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skillsCore Strengths Needed:Compassionate patient care and strong clinical judgmentIntegrity and professional ethicsEffective collaboration across interdisciplinary teamsCommitment to continuous quality improvementAdaptability in a dynamic hospital settingWhy Join?
