What You’ll Do

Key Plater Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor chemical processing equipment
- Set up and maintain plating lines and equipment
- Load/unload parts using baskets, barrels, and racks
- Perform chemical treatments and ensure proper rinsing and drying
- Inspect parts pre-, in-, and post-processing to ensure conformance
- Follow detailed method sheets and record all data accurately
- Adjust chemical processing parameters within allowable limits
- Maintain and clean work area, equipment, and tools
- Handle chemical adds under supervision of solution analysis personnel
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Complete paperwork and maintain part traceability
- Experience in plating or chemical processing preferred
- Ability to read, write, and interpret English instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to operate a forklift and hoist (training/certification a plus)
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Support utility duties and team needs as required
