This is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll help keep buildings running smoothly, step in when staffing is low, and support your team every day.
What You’ll Do

Help lead teams across multiple buildings when needed

Check buildings for issues and ensure quality standards are met

Train, support, and motivate new and current team members

Assist with tracking labor hours and staying on budget

Place weekly supply orders

Communicate changes in hours, procedures, or policies to the team

Work closely with the Area Manager — teamwork matters

Learn all positions in assigned buildings so you can jump in when needed

Identify extra service opportunities (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)
