As an Area Manager, you'll oversee multiple accounts, support team members, and ensure customers receive outstanding service every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating janitorial teams
- Building strong customer relationships
- Conducting quality inspections and audits
- Hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Managing staffing levels and coverage
- Tracking activity through CRM software
- Maintaining labor budgets and operational goals
- Addressing customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensuring safety and compliance standards are met
- Supporting employee growth and development
- Improving processes and driving operational excellence
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Organized and detail-oriented mindset
- Dependable and professional attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
