RN Case Manager Hours

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5 CST.
• Remote position, RN IL License required 

RN Case Manager Compensation

• The pay for this position is $35.87 hour paid weekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN Case Manager Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of referred members' needs and eligibility using clinical tools and data review.
• Evaluate members' benefit plans and internal or external programs to determine case resolution approach.
• Interpret applicable criteria, guidelines, policies, and regulatory standards to ensure appropriate benefits administration.
• Utilize case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and utilize available resources to promote optimal, cost-effective outcomes.

RN Case Manager Requirements

• RN License in IL required 
• Experience with care management, discharge planning, or home health care coordination preferred.
