- Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring best practices in coding, testing, and deployment are followed.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
- Manage resource allocation and project timelines to meet deadlines effectively.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance team capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development, particularly with React and Ruby on Rails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
