Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Intensive Outpatient Program to meet clinical and organizational goals.
- Supervise clinical staff, including therapists, case managers, and support personnel, fostering professional growth and maintaining high standards of care.
- Manage program operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Oversee program compliance with all relevant behavioral health regulations, licensing requirements, and accreditation standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining quality services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to promote program growth and collaboration.
- Oversee staff training initiatives focused on behavioral health best practices, trauma-informed care, and cultural competence.
Skills
- Proven management experience in behavioral health or social work settings with a focus on program development and supervision.
- Strong background in working with individuals with developmental disabilities, substance abuse or complex mental health needs.
- Experience with insurance and adherence to behavioral health compliance and utilization review processes
- Exceptional relationship management skills to build trust with clients, families, staff, and community partners.
- Demonstrated ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, documentation, and regulatory compliance effectively.
- Experience in program management within behavioral health environments with a focus on quality improvement initiatives.
- Skilled in supervising multidisciplinary teams while fostering a positive work culture centered on compassion and accountability.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- Addiction counseling: 3 years (Preferred)
