You'll be more than just a contact point; you'll be a strategic partner, building lasting relationships and driving new business through your expertise in refinance, purchase, and investment opportunities. No prior mortgage experience is required – the training is on us! Key Responsibilities: Support the development of new B2B partnerships by connecting with potential partners provided by our team. Learn and apply effective relationship-building strategies under the guidance of senior team members. Contribute to team goals while developing your individual skills and expertise in the mortgage industry. Working Conditions: This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, comfortable environment. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Qualifications Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal). Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to learning. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to embrace new challenges. Recent graduate (preferred) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
