What are the responsibilities and job description for the Emergency Vehicle Upfitter position at 911 Rapid Response?
911 Rapid Response is hiring 2 full-time employees for the installation shop of emergency vehicles. On average we equip 450 custom vehicles per year with warning lights, radios, computers, cages, and more.
We are NOT a cookie-cutter installation shop. We are hiring qualified techs that have background in DC electrical and have the ability to diagnose simple electrical issues. Mounting, programming and synchronizing of products will be just about an everyday occurrence. If you have a good knowledge of vehicle repairs or other electrical experience we have the ability to train you for this position.
Our shop is fully climate controlled during the entire year. We hold other events like monthly employee breakfast, lunches and other activities to make the work days fun.
We're searching for some able bodied, out of the box thinking, not your average wrench turning, 12 volt electrical wizards and wiring gurus. A great sense of humor and passion for things that flash and go "beedoo beedoo". We are a family, come join us!
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 hour shifts or after trained 4 days a week, 10 hour shifts.
You are required to have your own tools but you do not need anything above and beyond the basics.
PAY RANGE DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE
