This is a high-visibility leadership role responsible for driving census performance, cultivating strategic referral partnerships, and guiding families through one of life’s most meaningful transitions with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
The ideal candidate blends hospitality and accountability — someone who understands that senior living sales is both relational and results-driven. This role owns the prospect journey from first inquiry through move-in, while collaborating closely with Clinical, Dining, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless move-in experiences.
This position reports directly to the Executive Director and serves as the primary ambassador of the 81 Oaks experience within the greater Sarasota community.

Position Summary
- Own occupancy performance for Assisted Living and Memory Care.
- Lead the full sales pipeline from inquiry to deposit.
- Build and maintain strong professional referral relationships.
- Execute a structured, measurable marketing plan.
- Represent 81 Oaks as a visible, trusted presence in the community.
- Drive qualified inquiries, conduct compelling tours, and convert prospects to deposits and moveins.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries.
- Maintain disciplined followup and clear next steps with families.
- Track inquiries, tours, deposits, and moveins using the Welcome Home and Talk Further CRM platforms.
- Maintain accurate census reporting and forecasting.
- Develop and execute a monthly marketing plan aligned with occupancy goals.
- Analyze performance trends and adjust outreach strategies accordingly.
- Cultivate relationships with hospital discharge planners, physicians, senior service providers, and local professionals.
- Represent 81 Oaks at Chamber events, networking functions, and community gatherings.
- Strengthen relationships within the senior living and eldercare ecosystem.
- Position 81 Oaks as a boutique, hospitalitydriven destination for senior living in Sarasota.
- Serve as the primary liaison for families throughout the decisionmaking process.
- Partner with Clinical leadership to coordinate timely assessments and residency approvals.
- Ensure movein documentation aligns with Florida Assisted Living regulatory requirements.
- Track vacancy readiness and manage waiting lists.
- Deliver a welcoming, organized, and seamless firstday experience for new residents and families.
- Reinforce 81 Oaks’ mission and commitment to extraordinary experiences.
- Promote a culture of responsiveness, professionalism, and warmth.
- Monitor resident satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold residents’ rights at all times.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven direct sales experience with measurable performance results.
- Senior living experience preferred (Assisted Living and/or Memory Care preferred).
- Working knowledge of Florida Assisted Living regulations governing movein and residency processes preferred.
- Experience using CRM platforms (Welcome Home and Talk Further experience preferred).
- Strong organizational, followup, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours for events and community outreach.
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
- May require extended hours during marketing initiatives and events.
