Integration Quality Lead

We are searching for a Contract Integration Quality Lead for our healthcare industry client. In this position you will lead quality strategy and execution across large-scale system integrations, ensuring end-to-end testing alignment, defining success metrics, and driving visibility into quality performance across programs. As Integration Quality Lead, you will:

• Lead and oversee all phases of testing across integration efforts including QA, SIT, UAT, and end-to-end validation
• Partner with program and project managers to align testing strategy with overall delivery timelines and milestones
• Define, track, and report on quality metrics to ensure transparency into system readiness and risk
• Identify gaps in testing coverage and implement improvements to strengthen quality outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to ensure successful releases
• Support defect management processes, including prioritization, tracking, and resolution workflows
• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices, tools, and processes
• Contribute to or support the development of dashboards and reporting tools to communicate quality insights

Who we’re searching for / About you:

• Strong experience in program or project management within large, complex environments
• Hands-on experience leading or supporting testing efforts across QA, SIT, UAT, and integration testing
• Ability to define and measure key quality metrics and translate them into actionable insights
• Comfortable working across multiple teams and navigating ambiguity in large transformation efforts
• Experience in healthcare or highly regulated environments is a plus
• Familiarity with reporting tools or dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a bonus

Logistics:

$75–$85/hour

Location: Remote (must be based in OR, WA, ID, or UT)
