We are searching for a Contract Large Group Coordinator for our Healthcare client. In this position you will be responsible for supporting large group (101 ) sales and service operations, including preparing quotes, coordinating onboarding activities, managing eligibility files, and ensuring accurate benefit configuration and implementation across internal teams. As Large Group Coordinator, you will:
- Support new and renewing large group accounts through quoting and onboarding processes
- Review benefit plans, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with underwriting, sales, membership, and other internal teams
- Prepare quote materials and client-facing documentation
- Manage eligibility files and ensure proper formatting for system uploads
- Track timelines, deliverables, and onboarding milestones
- Assist with benefit configuration and customization requests
- Support implementation calls and communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor workflows to ensure timely and accurate processing
- Troubleshoot issues related to onboarding, eligibility, and system setup
Who we’re searching for / About you:
- 2 years of experience in healthcare, benefits administration, or insurance operations
- Experience working with group benefits, eligibility, or enrollment processes
- Background in a brokerage, health plan, or related environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel especially)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
