We are searching for an Enterprise Project Manager III for our healthcare client. In this position you will manage large-scale projects or multiple, concurrent projects from inception through project close-out, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and is completed on time and within budget.
The Enterprise Project Manager III is responsible for driving projects forward through strong planning, organization, and execution. You will develop project plans, establish milestones, and proactively manage risks, issues, scope, and resources throughout the project lifecycle. As an Enterprise Project Manager III, you will:
- Lead multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and milestones
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution across business units
- Manage stakeholder communication, including regular status reporting to leadership
- Oversee resource planning, allocation, and coordination across project teams
- Ensure adherence to PMO standards, tools, and methodologies
- Track and analyze project metrics to ensure progress against goals
- Drive accountability across teams to meet deliverables
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes
- Occasional travel may be required (a few days per month at most).
Who we’re searching for / About you:
- 5 years of experience managing projects, including ownership of large-scale or multiple concurrent initiatives
- Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope
- Experience working within a structured PMO environment and applying formal project management methodologies (PMBOK familiarity preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in risk management, problem solving, and decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of an organization
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to drive project outcomes
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with project management tools and systems
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Required Licenses, Certifications, Registration, Etc.:
- Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Logistics:
- $60-$70/ hour
- Location: Remote in Oregon, Idaho, Utah, North Dakota or Washington only
- 12 month contract with potential for full-time direct-hire conversion
- Occasional travel may be required (a few days per month at most).
