We are searching for a Contract Graphic Production Specialist for our experiential marketing / large-format graphics client. In this position you will support high-volume production needs by preparing, reformatting, and managing artwork across a range of large-format and tradeshow projects. This role is less about concepting and more about execution—ensuring files are accurate, print-ready, and delivered seamlessly to vendors and clients.

As a Graphic Production Specialist, you will:
- Prepare and reformat client-provided artwork for production across large-format and tradeshow applications
- Work within Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to build production-ready files from construction drawings and layouts
- Create templates that allow internal teams or clients to easily place and update artwork
- Generate PDF proofs for client review and approval
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from large-scale builds to smaller quick-turn deliverables
- Partner with vendors to place orders, troubleshoot files, and ensure production accuracy
- Act as a production expert, not just an order taker—understanding how files translate to final output
- Support onboarding and guidance for newer team members on production best practices
- Maintain a sharp eye for detail to ensure all files meet print and production standards
- Help manage workflow spikes and act as overflow support during peak production periods
Who we’re searching for / About you:
- 8–10 years of experience in graphic production, print production, or large-format graphics
- Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience working with large-format, environmental, or tradeshow graphics
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and translate them into production-ready artwork
- Strong understanding of print processes, materials, and vendor workflows
- Experience building templates and preparing files for scalable use
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume production environments
- Experience working with or alongside vendors; able to anticipate production needs
- Background in an exhibit house or large-format production environment is a strong plus
- Agency experience is okay, but must have strong production (not just design) experience

- Full-time hours for the first 6 weeks, with potential for conversion.
- Location: Preferably near Irvine, CA or Morgan Hill, CA (hybrid with initial onsite training)
